Shipping policy

Free deliveries for within England, Wales and Scotland (GM mainland) for any order over £85. We aim to dispatch any online purchase made before 3pm the same day (excluding weekends & bank holidays).

Hansfords offer free standard delivery within the UK, most orders should arrive within 4 working days. Contact us on 01243 782491 if you have any delivery concerns or need the delivery quickly.
For orders under £85 there will be a £4.99 delivery charge.
Express service is available on all parcels for a £6.99 charge (2-3 days).
 
International Shipping - At this current time we are unable to offer international shipping. This also includes shipping to Northern Ireland due to GPSR which was introduced in December 2024. 

Delivery is subject to availability. We will endeavour to notify you as so as possible if we are out of stock with an expected delivery date.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

CLICK & COLLECT

We are pleased to offer you click and collect, any item can be collected from our shop, during normal opening hours.
Our shop is located, Hansfords Menswear, 17/18 South Street, Chichester, West Sussex, PO19 1EJ.
If you select the click and collect option, Once we have processed your click and collect order, we will email you back to confirm when your order will be ready for collection. This email may take time at weekends when we are closed, but won’t impact on your collection date. We will do our utmost to have your items available for collection at the soonest opportunity possible.
