When I visited the shop, the size I required was not available in store. The staff made an enquiry and ordered in the requisite size. I was called a couple of days later to say the jacket had now arrived for me to collect. When I revisted the shop, I was able to try the jacket on, I was asked whether I wanted the pockets sewn up or not. My request was met. The service throughout was second to none. If you have not yet visited Hansford's, give it a try. I guarantee that you will not be disappointed!
