Went to their shop in Chichester and bought a Regimental Panama, the type favoured by the late TV chef Keith Floyd. Excellent service from the two gentlemen in the shop (and their delightful female assistant), the sort of service that you would expect from an old-school gentleman's outfitters. Was taught how to don and doff the hat properly (to avoid undue damage to the crown). Highly recommended!
